Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely attach it to your return package.

Drop Off Package

Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location or schedule a pickup to send your Foldie back to our warehouse.

Receive Refund

After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
